When an agent has completed their interview & is ready to get started, the system we have in place has one purpose, and one purpose only - KISS: Keep it Simple Stupid.

There are three steps agents need to complete in order to be begin making sales: Registration, Contracting & Training. As most agents would agree, these steps can become time consuming & can become very frustrating at times. To solve that problem, we provide agents with a designated manager who will be your point of contact for Registration & Contracting. Our Sr. Hiring Managers work full-time with helping agents complete these steps as quick as possible & our average turn-around time for agents to complete these steps is only 2-3 days - that way we can get you making money immediately.

Once you have completed Registration & Contracting, then you will be assigned to a Sales Manager who will be your point of contact going forward for Training & Sales Support.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • Day 1: Agents will be sent a link to download our mobile app that will provide them with a step-by-step checklist of everything they need to do to complete all the Registration tasks. The checklists are also available on our website which is linked with your mobile app, in case you prefer to work of a laptop/computer. The checklists will provide an overview of exactly what it is you are doing & will also provide screenshots that will help you see exactly what it is you are looking for & need to do. Agents find this to be extremely helpful. Once the task is complete, you simply click on the "Complete" button and your next task will appear. That way if something comes up & you need to take a break, when you are ready to go back, all you need to do is simply open the Mobile App and you will know exactly where you left off. The tasks are sorted in the exact order that they need to be completed in, that way you will avoid any confusion of not knowing what to do or when to do it. The best part is, the entire registration checklist can be completed in less then an hour. 

  • Day 2: Assuming you have completed the Registration Checklist, then your next step is to complete the Contracting Checklist. 

  • Day 3: Once contracting is complete, the last Checklist to complete is Training. New Agent Training is offered twice a month and is a two-day 9:30am - 5:00pm training that the agency hosts that will give you a complete overview of everything you need to know in detail. Now that doesn't mean you will need to wait for training to begin selling. 1x1 Training will be provided to agents with their assigned Sales Manager, that way in the interim you can begin making sales immediately.

Lastly, once you have accepted the position and have created an account with us, when you have any questions at all, you can simply message us directly on the Mobile App or Web Chat anytime between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm & we will provide a prompt response in order to give you the proper support needed.
