Recruiting is NOT Required

If you want to build a team you must issue $1,000,000 in AV (Annual Volume). You can still begin building your team from day 1 - if you so choose. The agents you recruit prior to hitting $1M, will be transferred directly to your downline once you have hit the allotted business.

You will also receive upfront bonuses immediately for any agents you recruit now. When an agent is referred by you, you will receive a bonus that's called "Spread the Word". On their first submitted app, you will receive $200 of Exclusive Lead Credit & on their 10th App you will receive an additional $300 of Exclusive Lead Credit in addition to a $500 cash bonus.
