Go to Additional Requests

Fill out the ADDITIONAL REQUESTS form and select EQUITA

You will get an email.

Watch for an email from startworktoday.careers with an Equita Appointment Request form - FILL this form out and SELECT the Life Insurance carriers you want to be appointment with 

(*Suggested Core Carriers at Minimum: SBLI, Forestors, Mutual of Omaha, American General (Corebridge/AIG), Fidelity&Guaranty) - these allow you to SELL term, final expense, and IUL.

WE will onboard your level per carrier to EQUITA.

This will CREATE and SEND you an email from EFES Marketing with a link to set up your Surelc account with Compass Health through Equita - AT the SAME time you will get an email from startworktoday.careers with the below SPELLED OUT instructions

COPY and PASTE the link into Google Chrome.

This should take you to a LOGIN page for Surelc with Compass Health WHERE YOU WILL REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT - IF any issues - reach out to Will (Whanks@chcagents.com / 813-763-6639). If you already have a Surelc account, you may use the same username HOWEVER YOU WILL NEED a separate password for your CHC profile.

Complete your profile.

Set your DBA to individual (as all of our life carriers pay direct to agent), UPLOAD your banking information under EFT, UPLOAD your E&O insurance under E&O.

Go to the Contracting Section on the LOWER left side Menu.

Click on Requests. There will be a blue "create request" button. CREATE a request for EACH carrier (your core carriers) you put on the appointment request form. IF you're unsure, refer back to the EFES Marketing email - carriers are listed under the company lineup. Will CAN resend this to you if it is lost.

Make sure you complete EACH contract.

Review and sign before submitting them.

ONCE your contract are submitted you will receive the Navigator Platform Access.

As you get your welcome emails, you will need to add in your agent writing codes, as well as your state licenses to your user profile here to utilize Navigator fully.

Keep track of your emails!

Over the next 7-10 business days, you will start receiving WELCOME EMAILS from the CARRIERS you submitted contracts for.
